this is a quick it's kind of a rant video about innovative technologies in victrola i sent them an email asking about replacement belt for the vta25 and they wrote back they don't carry replacement belts and i should bring it to a shop to get it fixed where is the shop going to get the belt that's one question and and then another question would be what shop is going to touch one of these chinese things so basically when you spend 159.99 for one of these if you spent that much new and the belt breaks which is it's going to do because they're they're cheap made in china belts they're going to break you now have just a conversation piece you're not going to be able to play your records anymore on it i did a lot of looking around on ebay and amazon and all over the place trying to find the belt after i measured it which is when you squeeze it flat and hold it flat it's about 200 millimeter
