[Music] [Applause] what I've got here in front of me is part of the plumbing in a caravan these fittings here they're called a John guest fitting and there are 12 mil fitting this is the water hose that's used blue obviously for cold water and red for hot water and here we've got little retaining Clips and I'll show you why we should use those in a moment so John guest fitting is with your Caravan you've got a I'll just show you this one here this one here is the most common one that's that that is replaced and customers call up so if this screws into your hot water system or this is a tap and it just screws on to the bottom of the tap like so you got your hose then it's pushed into it now what can happen that can be over tightened and you will get a hairline crack around here and you'll get a leak so they're normally used for as I say for hot water systems or for or on these taps so ho
