how you doing my name is joe from esp security i'm a senior engineer and i've been with the company for over four and a half years and what i'm going to do first today is to show you a couple of defaults that may display on the keypad one being a low battery two an open zone and three we will see um how to use the panic in the case of an emergency so if your keypad is flashing your fault light with your alarm light it means you have a fault there's something up how we find out is by putting the code in as you can see it's clearly displaying that the battery has gone low at that stage you will call us and we will come out to put a new battery in and the fault will clear at this point i've replaced the panel battery and i'll simply put my code in to clear the fault again and as you can see it's arming with no fault light or alarm light displayed one of the key features that's not uh widel
