okay in this video we're gonna do an unboxing of the Motorola surfboard cable modem and the model number on it is s by five one zero one u and this is a cable modem that I currently have through Comcast but they're charging me seven dollars a month to rent it so I thought I'd buy my own and save a little money now normally this product retails for $69.99 but I had $20 off in coupons so I actually got it for $49.99 and so with tax it was a little over fifty three dollars so let's open this up and see what's on the inside here here's the modem looks just like the one I currently have here's an ethernet cord I have a lot of those here's a USB cord and here's the power adapter see what else is on the inside here there's a driver's disk here installation instructions some documentation and some more documentation so here's the modem right here and let's open this up and it's very simple you
