welcome to poseidon tech in today's video i will show you how to connect an analog camera to a dvr using a utp cable so stay tuned first we need to remove the cable protection layer using a wire stripper [Music] also remove the rib cord and the pear separator [Music] we will use three pairs in total one pair for the video signal and two other pairs to supply the camera one pair for the voltage positive and one pair for the voltage negative in order to reduce voltage drop first open up one of the pairs and strip the two cables [Music] then we need to connect them to the balloon one cable in the plus and one cable in the minus just press the buttons and push the cables in twist the pair and secure it using a cable tie [Music] [Music] do [Music] since we will use the udp cable to power supply the camera we need to separate the other two pairs and strip the otherwise using a cable stripping
