hi everyone welcome to urban she's cooked so today on earthen just cooked I thought I would tell you all about my oven thermometer and this is it this is the ammeter so I put these monitor in the oven cold and I've preheated the oven for about five minutes and now I'm gonna see and see whether it actually is the right temperature you can see now the temperature right there and you can high it up or you can put it down the bottom now because I'm baking always on the first shelf and I think the best thing is actually put it on the first shelf but I found that if you put it on the shelf that you normally bake at the gauge moves quicker so you can see the DAR there you can see it's it's now heated up and you can see it actually giving a reading it starts off cold in the blue region and the DAR moves around to the red bit which is the hot region and it's got Celsius and Fahrenheit so it's re
