[Music] i'm derek lead gunsmith with MOA rifles and we're going to talk about installing the extreme pod pic base on your rifle one of the things i found is that so far i've not found a rifle that i not be able to mount these on so i'm going to go through some of the procedures that i use to install them and hopefully this will help you out so first thing today we've got a MOA summit seven mag so we're going to make sure we're clear and remove our bolt turn the rifle over if you have a vise at home you can put a towel or something and cradle your rifle so the first thing we're going to do is remove the swing soil stud out of the rifle so I like to use an Allen wrench and we just insert it in the hole and now to loosen it up and screw it okay so we got that out the second thing I like to do is get a piece of tape and we'll tear off a little piece of tape and what we can do is look down t
