so this is a wage diameter rail that I put in front of us it's actually a plastic tube and it is completely one inch in diameter and not internal but external I'm going to put this one inch you ball around it you can see here it's quite tight because of these threads but once the threads are around the the rail you can see here that it clamps in quite well you just push that up a bit higher and then what you do is you get the top part of your bolt around the top and then you get the two nuts around the u-bolt themselves and tighten them down I'm just gonna start the thread there we go gets on there and then what you need to do is screw them down a bit tighter so I'll start doing that so once we've tightened up these nuts around this u-bolt you can see you get quite a good little fit around this rail here and just show you the u-bolt coming around the bottom here and then these nuts scre
