Safety Beam

[Music] hi in this video I'm gonna demonstrate the safety beams and what they're used for and how to go about using them alright so just to show you what you're gonna be looking at the principle of these safety beams now the purpose of the safety beam is to detect if there is something in the way which means that there is a transmitter and a receiver and you will effectively put these on opposite sides of probably a doorway or a gate a gate put away anywhere where there's moving traffic for example people moving in and out of a doorway or a some sort of gate area alright and the reason why we have this is if there is a moving gate and you don't want the gate to close on someone then we have the safety beam so it could also be for a garage door maybe the garage door is closing like this and then you don't want to get out thought to continue closing if somebody or something is in the way
