Begin by gently peeling the cushion away from the headband. Next, place the new cushion under the headband with the adhesive facing down, and then fold the adhesive flap over the headband. Now peel away the adhesive backing. Fold the top flap over and adhere to the adhesive. Finally, insert the left and right tabs into the plastic caps, and you’re done!
