[Music] hello all and welcome back this is what i have in my turntables table today on the left you have the vpi traveler in the middle you have the thorns td 309 and on the right there is the riga planar 3. all three turntables have a different design execution and uh isolation principles and the subject for today will be the td 309 right here so you're looking at the gorgeous td 309 turntable from thorns this is a suspended table i saw this on the shelf and i thought i should pick this up because it reminded me of my old thorns td 125 mark ii and that table had an sme 3009 tone arm the table was dated back to 1974 a few years older than me the sonics of that whole thorns table was so enjoyable so full body such full tonal colors holographic sound stage and decent detailed retrieval i love that table so much um alas as time goes by uh the electronics and some of the electrical connecti
