hey everyone its Seth with Jensen USA and today we're going to be looking at post mount and is mount break adapters so the first thing we want to do when we're looking at brake adapters is to take a little bit of a history lesson and I know we don't like to do a history when talking about bikes but we need to in this situation so that we understand where the two different brake adapter setups come from and why we're still using them so in biking there's not a lot of standards even though we say they are they really aren't standards like we would like to see so what happened with these brakes is we went from having normal rim brakes and we decided to do disc brakes now we had to figure out how we were going to mount that and how everybody else was going to do it so there's a bunch of different little test different sizings different mounts and basically we all settled on two one called i
