here on the cardboard channel today i'm going to show you guys how to go ahead and set up a directv satellite dish now i have a whole setup here i've got my television out here an hr 24 i've got a power inserter hdmi this is an lg tv it's a small tv so the things you're going to need for this installation are an lnb and this it needs to be swim if you have an older if you have a receiver although if you have a receiver that is h25 or above you're going to need a swim ln bay so if you're using swimming you need a power inserter so right now my receiver is booting up you're also going to need a level for your mast and your mast needs to be at least two inches so before we start make sure that your mast is level that's works out just fine that's good enough to find a satellite signal doesn't need to be exactly level just needs to be there as you can see this is okay my thing is flushing ou
