works great we have some time clocks that we have to use the modem to collect punches for and an internal modem seems to not work very well this works well works like a dream d2 thumbs up b [Music] the us robotics user 5686 g56k serial controller fax modem was received in good condition everything packed up properly and delivered on time i have the unit installed and in production the manufacturer provides very subpar i recommend this product to a tech savvy person i was able to get the unit work very well the manufacturer recommended i use another phone line and modem type usr needs to work on their customer service they completely would have sent me in the wrong direction without calling bs on them perfect works great no problems [Music] we now recommend this modem to our customers to connect to our industrial product often installed in areas with marginal phone lines nothing fancy re
