[Music] herve is Eric with cabling plus calm and today I wanted to give you a little demonstration on working with Simon CCTV cable this is the most common cable used in security camera installations it's a sinus cable it's got your 18 to power and your your video cable your rg59 it's rg59 that's going to be used for the video so that the power cable is again it's a two conductor 18 gauge cable and this is gonna be ran between the power supply and the security camera the camera is gonna have a little pigtail coming out of it for the power and the rg59 is going to be used for video so you'll have to put B and C's on both side to put both sides to plug into the female B and C channels on the DVR and the female BNC pigtail on the camera side so I'm just gonna go ahead and use my favorite tools I always used to build in the PSA 50 9/6 it's a cable stripper I'm just gonna put the my dial to
