12" Rigid Arm

hey follow this video for a quick popping exercise with boogie frantic let's do it for these drills we're gonna start off with keeping our arms straight keeping this line and then what I will do is eventually drop the left to rest this shoulder and move this arm forward and then back relaxing the shoulder starting finishing coming again the right coming forward and then reversing this position alright so we'll start off with these drills [Music] one two three four five six seven eight [Music] 11 3 4 11 12 one two three four five six seven eight nine ten one two three four five six seven eight nine ten well alright so now I'm gonna go ahead and relax this arm we're gonna pull this forward and this one back there we go five six seven eight one two three four five six seven eight nine ten eleven all right fencing with this arm [Music] right now this one's gonna be continuous so we're gonna
