[Music] in this video I'm gonna unbox one of our new HS LS 100 plus z-wave plus leak sensors this unit is designed to detect water leaks and to report those water leaks to a home controller or to a smart hub so that you can trigger automation events like shutting a water valve or sending notifications to you now inside the box you're gonna find a manual there is some double-stick mounting tape there are also a couple of mounting screws and plaster wall anchors and you'll find a wall mount which is a magnetic mount that has a probe cable attached to it once installed you'll be able to take that probe cable and put it wherever you want to detect leaks now that's not the only way that you can install the leak sensor you'll be able to use it as a free-standing unit - once you've installed the mount as you can see it's magnetic so line up the probes on the underside and you'll be able to att
