all righty today I'm gonna be showing you how to install a linear go control remote garage door opener this is just a unit that connects to your smart home system any any z-wave system like Samsung smartthings or such and allows you to control your garage doors with your with your smart home system so let's get started so the first step is gonna be we need to mount this contact it's just a piece of it's just a bracket for the door contact just peel off the adhesive and it's kind of arrow telling you which way to mount it so you can remount this at the top of the door which is recommended or you can mount it at the bottom of your garage door the difference is if it's at the top it's gonna signal that the door is open much quicker so here's the actual unit and to get started you just pull this tab out so that the battery basically makes contact once you do that you snap in the bracket so
