The Vigitron MaxiiCopper Ethernet extender extends Ethernet transmission distance over UTP cables beyond a 328' distance limitation, to up to 3,000'-which is ideal for longer cable run installations requiring long distance and high-speed video transmission.

The mini Ethernet extender features a compact design that fits inside of 4x4 J-box enclosures for and removable wings for easy installation. The Ethernet extender requires no switch setting or network programming.

The device offers a Mega-Pixel Certified (MPCTM) high data rate that meets the high bandwidth requirements for megapixel IP cameras, PTZs, multiple IP camera systems and security cameras requiring Jumbo Frame transmission.Extended Pass Through PoE (EPTPTM) eliminates the need for additional remote site power, while allowing a single PoE source, such as a PoE network switch, to provide power to both transceivers and the camera. The mini Ethernet Extender is compatible with 802.3af, 802.3at PoE standards and PoE++ up to 74W.
