having issues using the pulse features of your ATT system if you see a status unavailable message on your mobile out or web portal you may need to reset your gateway your security alarm is still working but the pulse features such as remote arm disarm control of your lights thermostat or logs and any video cameras depend on your gateway to communicate with the pulse servers locate the Gateway or ion that was installed with your security system it's usually located near the internet router in your home first check to make sure the gateways LED lights are on if they aren't make sure the unit is securely plugged in it's also a good idea to check your outlet as a trip circuit breaker GFI switch or wall switch can all cause your out light to lose power once power is restored give the Gateway about five minutes to reconnect next make sure your gateway is connected to your home's internet rout
