so of course to follow in line with all the various other power monitoring things we've done in this channel of course when I saw the shell EEM had to have one so installed it check it out on the circuit let's see the advantages disadvantages and do a little quick look at the shell EEM let's check it out so if you've seen this shell a 2.5 it looks very familiar the case looks with the same little ends and also there is the pin header on the back the flash it for open source firmware later since this does have the esp8266 good job Shelli we love the firmware header on the back keep doing that so the device does take mains voltage so given that aspect when you're installing this they may have designed this to be in the actual breaker panel but if you have the issue that I have my breaker panel is grounded and it's a metal box and you know just doing that being kind of like a Faraday cage
