hi this is Brad welcome to another how-to video by American wireless alarm today I'm going to show you how to add change in delete codes in most Honeywell ademco and first alert systems first anything you need to know is what your master code is in order to add change or delete user codes once you have that user codes are typically stored in locations in the memory location numbers are 0-3 and up and depending on which panel you have is going to determine how many codes you can put in your system Honeywell ademco first alert systems hold typically from 20 to 40 codes so I would suggest writing down everyone's location number as you do this if you're working with a lot of users to program a user code in is fairly simple with my master code I'm going to add a user at the location number zero 3 that's the starting point for user codes by punching in my code 1 2 3 4 I'm going to hit 8 the c
