okay in this segment I'm going to demonstrate how to install a 2gig DW 20 R - 3:45 and it's their recessed contact it's a picture of what it looks like in the box this is what we use on our III system okay and you can see that it's not very long but you do want to be mindful of the doorframe and how the how deep the side light is so as to not drill all the way through if the side light if there's a risk of running out of the side light or drilling out of the side light you'd want to refer back to our old method for the door contacts by using the the flat surface mount with a recent you know a 3/8 inch recessed contact so be mindful that a couple of tools you'll need for this particular situation where the door is really tight against the frame itself you're gonna need a 7/8 inch panel bit and you'll also need a 3/4 inch paddle bit to finish the drilling I have pre marked this drill bit
