the late eighties welcome back to gear facts everybody we're going right back to the dawn of yamaha PSR keyboards today it's the PSR - I don't think there ever was a PSR one I'll have to look that up but anyway we're gonna level listen to some sounds or the PSR to get a feel for what it can do what it's like and whether it's any good the default sound doesn't fill us up with a whole lot I hope [Music] so it's a very basic very FM waveform straightaway though I'll show you one really good feature and that's the harmony button that changes each individual key into a chord but the nice thing about this is that it becomes like a monophonic synth [Music] and for a lot of advanced players who are looking for the retro feel that particular effect that one thing could make this keyboard really worth having keeping it in key could be interesting but that's all part of the fun let's take off that
