BALLISTIC SSRLRS Polyurethane Roller (Small)

I have to put three coats of oil-based polyurethane on all these stair treads brushing it on would take forever but I have a faster way a foam roller not only lays on poly fast it gives me a smoother finish with zero brush marks but don't try this with water-based poly it drives before I can level out so you get a rough surface roll on the poly just like you would paint don't work the surface any more than you have to that just creates porn bubbles and keep the coats light the heavier you lay it on the more bubbles you'll get after you've unloaded the roller on a flat area hit the edges don't worry about drips and sags you can smooth them over with a brush the wet poly is going to look terrible at first but don't panic 99% of those bubbles will disappear within 5 minutes if you have a few stubborn bubbles left over pop them with a shot of canned air this can distort the finish so do it
