PARTS EXPRESS Nickel Plated Pin Switch w/Polycarb Plunger

I just wanted to make a quick video here to show you exactly how to wire a tailgate switch for your truck bed lights if you're also using an additional wiring harness I bought three harnesses from Walmart they're about 10 bucks each I probably could have gotten away with two kids if I had run the wiring down the driver's side of the truck but because of wiring constrictions I've ran it over to the passenger side I bought two different types of tailgate switches one has this rubber boot the other one does not I searched high and low on YouTube and in the forums to see how to wire a tailgate switch if you were using an additional wire harness but no videos or talk of anything of how to explicitly wire it so I thought I'd make a video now what you actually have to do is you have to install your tailgate switch to the frame of the truck bed you will hook the ground wiring from the LED kit i
