hey everyone is always think you're gonna check out today's video so one of the last projects that I did I had to order some glass break sensors for some various windows and one of the things that I noticed when I was ordering those sensors is that it's really easy to overlook whether or not a sensor is battery-powered so you don't have to connect anything to it or whether or not a sensor is meant for an existing alarm or to be tied into your houses electrical system so I just want to show you a couple quick things to look for if you're in the market form here is a battery-powered device you can see from the front there's an on and off button there's a speaker on it and the smaller circle is a light here the batteries inside of it easy to replace and just to show you how the system works I'll go ahead and put a piece of glass down and I'll test it out just to show you real quick all rig
