[Music] hello and welcome to the climbing daily Friday gear show now I don't know if you've heard the news it's kind of been a bit understated but Petzl have released a new gris-gris so today we're going to be talking about it discussing the features and finding out why it's different from the other Gregory's already on the market that's right this is the new gris-gris the Grigri 3 except for some reason they haven't called it the Grigri 3 they've just called it the Grigri but for today's show just to make it clearer I'm going to be calling this the Grigri 3 so we're gonna be discussing what's different about it what they've changed what's that they've altered and whether it's worth upgrading to the new gris-gris 3 from the older models now before I think petal had a bit of an issue with the way they were branding the Grigri so you had the older gris-gris - and then the newer gris-gris
