hi here at bulb town we want to help you understand compact fluorescents CFLs quad bases the two examples we're talking about our the g20 for d2 and the g20 for d3 now the difference between these two bases are the the the base guides that are on the on the on the bottom of the base and they're just totally opposite from each other on the d2 they're over to the left if you have you know it facing the bottom and then on the d3 it's over to the right it has two pins and it's commonly the d2 is an 18 watt bulb and on the d3 it's commonly a 26 watt bulb and the pins are 24 millimeters apart on center this is an example of a 24 d2 compact fluorescent quad two one two three four tubes and in the base as the stable Eisenbach block in the center and the the offset to the left are the base guides and the pins are 24 millimeters apart on center
