- [Narrator] This is the EF300SCP. This is the, sort of, the armature back plate, the mounting plate for a mini mag lock. So the plate that goes onto the door actually sits inside this. I've shown this in another video, but that's the plate that fits to the door, that sits into that, so it means instead of drilling a bolt through the door and perhaps penetrating the fire door, this actually sits in. It takes eight screws, fixes it to the door. This plate goes into it and then sandwiches into the lock and that's nice and secure. It might just be a better option than drilling all the way through a fire door, so EF300SCP.
