if you are looking to use the new system enhancement module to access alarm.com using a Vista panel you will need the installer code prior to getting set up this video will show you how to reset that installer code and gain programming access to do so first fully power down your Vista panel removing AC power and battery power the panel back up and within about 45 seconds press both the star and pound keys on one of the keypads at the same time pressing star 20 will take you to the installer code field at which time you can type in a new four-digit installer code you can then exit out of programming by pressing star 99 which will allow you to return to programming using your new installer code this has been Jason with surity DIY thanks for watching
