hi i'm jordan jackson with security central in this video we're going to review the basic operation of a Honeywell security system although there are different models of Honeywell keypads they all follow the same basic principles we're going to be using the 61 60 model here which has a larger LCD display but again if your keypad is slightly different all these commands will still be applicable the door covers the keys to the system when I flip the door down it then exposes the keys which will be used both for entering your code and for entering the command which tells the system what you want it to do before you can turn your system on you need to make sure that the green ready light is on that tells you that your system is ready to be armed or more specifically that all of your door sensors windows sensors motion detectors are all in a secure state and ready to be activated once the sy
