this is Levi Edwards with master electrician TV and this video is going to go over how spacers work so a common problem that arises is the device is supposed to go up against the sheetrock or whatever is here like this and sometimes it just happens that it just doesn't quite reach and it pushes up against the blocks and so when you put the cover on its gonna be pushing back it's not gonna be tight it's gonna look really bad but it's okay because they make these spacers there a lot of times people call them caterpillars and they just fold up so they fit right back here so you just need to figure out the space that's there fold up it looks like I'm thinking about four of them yeah the three is not quite enough they just clip onto each other like that okay that looks about right and then just tear off as many as you need and you just you'll put this screw here the caterpillar will slide ri
