hi this is Roger with cabling plus today I want to share with you how to install speaker wire to a typical volume control like you see here on the counter whether it be a slide switch like this one or a rotary switch like this one first thing you want to do in this particular case I'm going to use the rotary switch is determine what type of mounting block is inside the particular alignment role on this one that has a removable connection block which you can just pull off with a pair of dikes like I just did or needlenose and what you'll notice that on this particular block there is an output and there is an input on the other side okay and I'm going to put this out there for you so you can see a little bit more closely so the first thing you do is once you determine which side is the output and which side the input you just simply pull off these blocks like I'm doing here to make it eas
