[Music] hey guys let's talk about a really common lock particularly on i.t doors medium security doors and this is called a simplex lock it's made by Kaiba corporation and this one is the simplex model 1000 but they all look pretty much the same and they look the same in order to get in you have to punch in the combination there are five numbers here if it was only these five you'd have like a hundred and twenty combinations but on some of these models you can use the numbers more than one so there's one one two three whatever or you can push these numbers in combination order you have to push two three at the same time so you can get really tricky and the permutations on this thing go way up there making it really hard to try to figure out the combination so let me show you how it works first of all I put an X on the door you can see even when you don't punch in a combination the knob
