hi I'm wanna Luke Oni winner and today we're going to be talking about great faces we're going to be talking about pastels today I'm working with the face and simplified shapes and forms but I'd like to talk about materials extensively for just a moment this is a very limited grouping of pastels that I brought with me for this you'll see that the pencils are laid out in an order from white to black and variations of yellows oranges reds blues and greens in that order and you'll notice the boxes are very generally put out in the same way where the lighter values and tones are here with some neutrals going into yellows oranges warmer bluer reds and pinks and then into yellow greens bluer greens blues and then purples and blacks let's try this one and we can put one layer of color down and then adjust it as we go so don't panic because this looks too purple I'll layer that it's color on th
