okay here are the steps to program the shade to set the limit so first we have to press one button which is this one here the black button this sets the down limit so we press it to the light turns green and then we hold it down so we try to get an inch to happen in half an inch to one inch from the bottom here and then you hold this button down here two blinks hey the bottom limit is set now we have to set the upper limit which is this button here till it turns green we send the shade back up so what we want to do is try to give it approximately two to three inches like so showing and then we sit then we hold it down again that flashes as you can see it's really tight in here so this is how we then we test it to see if the limits it so this one sent in a lot of cases we have to do this process twice sometimes three times because the limit is not set properly through the remote so we se
