NE555 & CD4017 LED Light Chaser Sequencer Follower Scroller Module DIY Kit Red

zooom hello everybody this is my second tryout to stream some soldering electronics tryout action so here we have the components and I have no idea what to do but it looks quite simple so hopefully I can manage to make this a good project seems to be kind of poor quality but hopefully you can see what I'm doing okay let's start think at first I will solar the obvious parts those sockets after that I will take the resistors let's see I can do it I think I will use the picture to see where the components should go so it should be too hard but I'm quite new to this so be patient and if you have any advice can help me go ahead maybe I will need some more light so I can see what I'm doing and maybe you can see little bits of rice okay that looks quite nice at least I can see what what I've got here okay this seems to belong here this is for the CD 40:17 counter okay let's go soldering iron i
