now i'm going to do a set of videos and this is by request as well um going over some of the basic uh designs in antennas the ones that are proven to work and uh the good starter points for a lot of the antennas that i in particular build and uh the first antenna basic that we're going to take a look at today is a simple uh single element uh panel antenna or patch antenna and this is going to be for 2.4 gigahertz but um the calculator that i use for this and i'll put a link in the description to that calculator you can put any frequency you like in there and just with the methods that i'm going to show you in this video just use those methods to build an antenna for any frequency you want to now i've got all my measurements and diagrams here that i've written down that i'm going to be using to help me build this particular antenna and i'll have a close-up on the screen now so you can pa
