hey everybody today I'm going to show you how to make a handle for a standard metal file normally handles cost about five bucks on the store but if you're paying only four or five dollars for the file to start that basically doubles the price of it so all you need is just an old junk screwdriver and I know plenty of us have piles of them laying around the garage take the screwdriver place it in a vise and in between the vise and the handle leave about an inch gap and then crank the vise down tighten it down take a wrench move really a large wrench works fine it less recoil from the hammer blows come back into your hand if you use a larger wrench place it against the metal part of the screwdriver and then slide it against the screwdriver handle itself and then take a hammer and hit the wrench and what that does is it transfers the force from the hammer through the wrench into that screwd
