well we have a tech town Li 382 corridor light here that's pretty much the technical name for it I guess other people like to say nurse call light as you know you would probably find these in a hospital or other sort of Medical Center or help light because you would probably find one of these outside of a restroom or something now in a hospital or other sort of medical building these are tied in with a big nurse call system basically the push buttons in the rooms and the pull cord in the bathroom I believe they're tied into some kind of central monitoring system and somebody's dispatched to assist whoever needs help and the lights are there to you know kind of give an indicator this is pretty much the basic part of it there's a lot more about these systems out there I'm not going to tell you in this video per se now it's funny I bring up these sorts of systems because well I'm kind of d
