this is the detect proxy pen system for guard tor patrol it's provided in a kit with 20 chips one pen a downloader with training and support provided for 90 days as you can see the chips are about the size of a quarter that's the quarter there for a size comparison a little bit bigger than that not the same width they have a hole in the middle to be mounted the nail rivet or screw through the middle of the chip the chips can be painted over due to the proximity technology you don't have to actually touch the chip to do a read but you do have to get within a quarter of an inch as you can see in here pen lets off slightly audible beep and the two lights light up with each read and again you don't have to touch the chip just get close to it once the data has been accumulated the chip is put in the krint the pen is put in the cradle the docking station to get the information into your compu
