This device requires an FTDI USB VCP Driver. Virtual COM port (VCP) drivers cause the USB device to appear as an additional COM port available to the PC. all right guys this is for diello how to program a RadioShack scanner for OPP in Ontario alright so first thing you do is you open up this program arc 500 there we go it's gonna be so hard to hold the phone and record okay then plug in this program in cable in the cable the radio should be off and then we turn the radio on I got banks 1 2 & 3 4 OPP and that's southern Opie Ontario Eastern Ontario and Western Ontario I got nothing for the north Lorraine okay guys so what we do first is we want to extract what's on the radio somebody go to download rate hearing no download right hearing and then I think it was starting USB port something is wrong alright I'm gonna try this again on a different port there we go com3 yeah bad boys start the download so it's downloading from my scanner to my laptop and everything is in here now trunk systems there you go all the opp all the channels are in h
