hey guys Darren back again with a quick Saturn repair video I've got this one out in the bench I wasn't planning on making this video but I think it's gonna be a little bit interesting well I hope it will be for you so the problem with this one it doesn't read discs it's got the traditional drive empty sort of error message which just means that the laser can't focus on the CD I've got an original game in I'll run you through the process of what I do to try and fix the laser I turn up the power a little bit get it set just right and hopefully that works and if it doesn't work we can just put a new laser in alright guys let me take you through it [Music] okay so the first thing you want to do is just clean the lens of the laser so use some isopropyl alcohol and a cotton tip and just give it a good clean you know just this sort of stuff give it a clean because if that lens is dirty or it'
