this is the Wasserstein smart door and window sensor it's Wi-Fi enabled let's take it out of the box okay here are the contents you get a little instruction card over here with some double stick tape and some screws with very tiny wall anchors because you really don't need much here this is the sensor and the magnet for it essentially what we have here is what's called a reed switch but that's going to interface with Wi-Fi okay the first thing we need to do is take the cover off it just prise out of there and you'll see there's an included cr2 battery these are easily available online not a problem there is a little paper tab right over here that we need to remove so it will get power so we'll take that out and get the app so this happens to be an Android device and we'll get the W steen app and go ahead and install that and there's red status light inside once I've taken the little pap
