this is Richard Collins in Oklahoma City and perhaps you have one of these Xerox 7120 7125 the 72 series so it's choose 20 72 25 and the machine is telling you to replace user or order fuser okay you come over to the left side of your machine now you've already taken this machine and you turn the Machine off you've unplugged it and it's been at least 30 minutes it's cool you come over here open it up okay you're going to see two yellow screws that hold the fuser in go ahead and loosen those two screws are eight okay I'm going to loosen these two screws up now remember this is cool it's been unplugged for quite a while then you're going to pull it out you're going to set the old one aside you've taken the new one out of the box and you're going to bring it back the new one you're going to come back over here with it slide it in turn the screws until they're tight you've got so if you nee
