2PC Fuel Tank Valve Petcock For Chicago Electric Storm CAT 900W Gasoline Generat

hello and welcome to the 741 channel thank you for stopping by today we're gonna take a look at this fuel shutoff petcock that came off of a home depot or Harbor Freight generator that was given to me the problem with this petcock is that fuel is leaking out of the seam here where the shut-off lever is actually mounted to the body of the petcock itself so what I'm going to do now is take it apart I'm just gonna remove these two screws here that hold on this faceplate okay so with the screws removed we're gonna pull off the faceplate and the fuel shutoff lever you can kind of see how they come apart here okay so hopefully you can see what's going on here we have the faceplate itself and then we have sort of an eccentric washer here you can see it's kind of got a wave to it and that rides underneath the shut-off lever itself and provides some tension so this thing doesn't just kind of spi
