in today's video I'm gonna show you guys how to change a bendex eighty-ninth air dryer on your big truck you're gonna want to start by removing your airlines in this video we're gonna replace the air dryer with the remanufactured unit maybe next year I'll rebuild this one to show you guys how it's done but generally you can find these on sale for about 100 bucks remanufactured I really don't think it's worth the time in the effort to rebuild one yourself but maybe next time I'll do one just to show you guys how it's done after all your hoses are removed go ahead and remove your fittings while the air dryer is still securely mounted in the bracket because you're going to need to reuse these on your remanufactured dryer you can then loosen the two mounting clamps and then your air dryer will slide right out [Music] you can then slide your new air dryer in and tighten down the bolts I like
