all right so to get the trim piece off from around the stereo I usually just a start here on the passenger side in the corner it's not quite as tight there I'm just gonna push very gently with a flathead screwdriver this stuff here around the panel is a little bit flexible so it can flex around that and I'm just gonna slowly push and you might hear a little snap and then you can stick something flat like one of these skosh magnets behind that corner so that you can pull your screwdriver out and it won't just snap into place and I'm just gonna slip your fingers in here and pull and then it's out and just carefully work your way around the other sides of the radio and you might have to even push this back in a little bit you don't want to pull it all from one side because this has to come straight out so once you have one side you could even use the screwdriver on the other corner there j
