Ignition Switch Fuel Gas Cap Seat Lock Key Set for Honda CBR600RR CBR1000RR

hey thanks for watching today we are going to replace the ignition switch on a Honda CBR 600 RR this process is pretty much the same for all Honda sport bikes since about 1990 the first thing we're going to do is break the nut on the triple tree free it's a little bit easier if you do have the forks installed but you just want to turn a triple tree until it gets to its locking point and then it'll break free this one's a little bit over torqued the last owner the last person that had this bike apart was clearly not a mechanic so once we get that nut off there's a little bracket that holds the clip on to the triple tree the upper triple tree so we're going to take that 12 millimeter pinch bulb out and separate that clip on and then we're going to put that bolt back in make sure we don't lose it so now your triple trees pretty much off we do have to remove this steering stabilizer that's
